Therapy Dog Shane
Shane is a Cafe au Lait Standard Poodle who was found at a kill shelter almost 6 years ago. He had a severely injured right rear leg that eventually had to be amputated, so now he is a tripawd who loves every person and animal he meets (except kitties!). He is my constant companion and has wonderful manners; loves to play at the dog park and loves to ride in my golf cart.

Nancy KingNancy is a retired educator who lives in Central Virginia with Shane the best poodle in the world! Her husband of 30 years passed away in 2019 and Nancy spends her time with Shane gardening, playing golf, walking, or at the dog park. She also volunteers extensively in her community. She has a daughter and a son; and 4 wonderful grandchildren.
